Are all shoes authentic?
All shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all shoes offered for sale are purchased only from authorized retailers. We get our shoes from the same stores that you would: Finish Line, Foot Locker, Footaction, Champs, DTLR, Wish Atlanta etc. We can provide access to authentic receipts where requested.

Where do you get your shoes?

All of our shoes have been secured directly from authorized retailers such as Footlocker, Footaction, Champs, DTLR, Wish Atlanta and other such established retailers.
We are a dedicated group of people that camp out and/or join multiple raffles to secure our own size of popular shoes. We are sneaker heads, so we of course keep a pair, but when and if we secure multiple pairs…they end up on Soled-Out for that unlucky person, that just didn’t get the win. We likely wouldn’t have 10 pairs or a full run size of a particular shoe…we may however, have at least 2 or 3 pairs in various sizes!!! Each member has a different shoe size.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ONLY SELL SHOES FROM INDIVIDUALS THAT CAN PRODUCE AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND PREFERABLY A MATCHING STORE BAG. IF YOU SECURED YOUR SHOES UNETHICALLY (I.E STOLE THEM)…KEEP THEM…WE CREATED SOLED-OUT AFTER ONE OF OUR MEMBERS WAS ROBBED AT GUN POINT…FOR SOME SHOES…

Do you buy shoes?
Yes, we occasionally buy shoes, because we like all humans take “L’s”. We will buy your shoes directly from you for a REASONABLE price. PLEASE EMAIL us at orders@soled-out.com to inquire.

To receive a full quote all shoes must come with original box & accessories and must not have factory issues/blemishes/damaged box, etc. You should be able to produce an original receipt if requested and if possible a matching store bag, or we will not consider the shoe. We don’t REQUIRE these items, but we need you to be able to produce them upon requests. Shoes must be received within 48 hours of quote to be honored or else the price will be requoted.

Do you trade shoes?
Yes, Only in the Atlanta Area. No Trades through shipments. We trade if the offer is reasonable. Again, you must jump through some hoops regarding these trades as we are not interested in endangering ourselves for shoes.

Are all shoes wearable?
Shoes over 7 years old are not guaranteed suitable for wear. Wear at your own risk. We would likely NOT have 7 year old shoes on the site.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges unless wrong item or size is shipped.

How long does it take for items to arrive?
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being place excluding weekends or Holidays. All items are shipped via USPS OR UPS GROUND and arrive within 5 to 7 days of your payment being received. We require a signature on all delivered orders. No exceptions. Please make sure you provide your Name, Shipping Address and Email Address (this is where your tracking number will be sent) when you place your order. Shipping address much match billing address.

Do you ship international?
Unfortunately we currently do not ship internationally.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

Each order has a maximum 3 business day processing period. Once an order is processed a tracking number is provided within 1-3 business days.Once the tracking number is issued the order will be shipped and arrives within 5-7 business days. This does not apply to pre-orders which we rarely do. Please read the item description for pre-orders for the anticipated ship date.

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, WE WILL NOT CANCEL, REFUND OR EXCHANGE THE ORDER REGARDLESS OF ITS SHIPPING STATUS !! NO EXCEPTIONS!

We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods once your package is delivered. Please be sure to make proper arrangements to receive your package based on tracking delivery date.

CHARGEBACKS
For any order that has been fulfilled with tracking confirmation a full investigation including criminal charges will be filed for any suspected fraud via the banking institution.
